PRODUCTION

 

We will create sketches based on the confirmed materials, finishes, substrates, and artwork. Then, we will develop a substantial 3D rendering demonstration of the design based on your feedback. You can provide us with your feedback, and we will modify the concept accordingly, if necessary.

 

 

The designers collaborate closely with the production team to ensure the feasibility of the sketches in the creative reflection stage. We are dedicated to authenticity and preserving the unique traits of local cultures, sourcing traditional techniques and new materials worldwide.

 

Our technical plans specify the dimensions, materials,and colours that our artisans will use when manufacturing the products.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once the project is launched, the creative and production teams collaborate to study its feasibility in terms of forms, materials, and costs.
Every intention and design detail is translated into reality. Mastering production is crucial to ensure that the product meets our high design standards in its final form and finish.

 

 

After the designs are approved, the development team begins creating the prototype in collaboration with the head of our workshop. We will then send it to you for approval and make any necessary changes. Once you receive a fully mocked-up sample with the exact artwork and finishes, we will make revisions as needed before obtaining your approval.​​​​​​​

 

After you are completely satisfied with the sample, we will commence full-scale production based on the approved final design, ensuring strict adherence to quality control standards.

 

 

 

 

 

 

White-gloved QC officers check the quality throughout production, enabling us to identify and fix defects immediately as they occur. After manufacturing is complete, we conduct testing in our lab.

 

 

 

We will use constant temperature and humidity machine to test product quality, high temperature 60°，humidity 80%, 12 to 24 hours, according to customer and regional requirements to adjust, to ensure that the test passed before shipping.

 

 

 

We will use strong carton packaging, neatly place it on the pallet with packaging tape, and then wrap the carton with film to ensure the safe delivery of products that meet high-quality inspections. This reflects our commitment to rigorously packaging products for transportation.
